its like carb backfire but on a 2.8 montonic coilpack :S timing?

leads are spot on evertything is new aswell spark plugs ht leads coilpack...i have had the cams out to replace the lifters but run fine after but now wont fire up

Gota be only thing youve done is cams since it was running?? so i would say timing just counts on how far your out if youve damaged summat
