That PSU is no good really, worth spending more on that a less on other things.

1 GB of RAM and spend 25-30 on a better PSU, what power should i be looking at?

cpu is good, i have got that 1 in my new pc. If you can stretch look at corsair 450w psu, really good quality PSU's.
