Just put a vx performance power box on my x14xe and i got the EML on now is this due to EGR

Do the paper clip test or diagnostic check to see what the fault code is. We will be able to help you after we know this.

when i boot mine i get the eml on for a wile but its not on all the time

Got codes 1405 and 0400 both EGR, anyway i can plug it back in is it a sensor?

Is the EGR the bit on the side of the throttle body inside the bit that houses it?

Nope. I think your on about the idle control valve (i may be wrong though)

Nah cuz i had to replace that once its not that its like on the side of the lower inlet manifold near the throttle body, would a picture explain it?

Ah right wtf i didnt touch that thing tho why would it say its an error? Does it have a vacuum hose on it cuz their the only things ive moved

No vacuum hoses, just an electrical connection.

either the egr is fucked, you've knocked off one of the vacuum hoses for aircon if you have it, (small green and yellow ones near the battery) or you've knocked the connection

All the air con vacuums are on, i bet ive knocked it, is it easy to get to from under the car?

Had a look earlier its all plugged no damage to it or anythin, what else could it be cuz it was workin fine before the powerbox went on?
