right guys i have a 1.4 16v sri just need to know how to blank the egr valve off and what effect it has on the car.

this is only for a time being as ive just order my x16xe engine and pocketed piston to go on me ported and polished head with turbo.

(does any body no how to set the fith injector up to the turbo and best way to set up any help would be appreciated cheers)

i just got gotech for mine top bt of kit just a lot of work to get it all wired up. as said speak to mark at jamsport he knows what hes on about

told me to not bother with fifth injsector just go for bigger ones ill go for c20xe one then go for a gotech system 950 plus vat fitted but going to get it in car first and smoke it around on standard managment. should be fine
what you use gotech system for andy, how much that set you back and were you go cheers for the help so far engine nearly built now will get picks up on project builds when nearly done.
what colour do you reckon on block colour were thinkinfg about red.

cant really pick things like that up off the shelf you just need to tap into the exsting water pipes. and run some bits of tubing to them. i got my ecu cheap im using the pro x though the top one. i wouldnt get it anywhere apart from jamsport, they know what there doing with the stuff better than anywhere else i know of.

If your messing around with turbos and standard management then you need a wideband lambda setup at the very least

yea really dont run it on standard management. change the ecu from the start or dont bother.

well its going in they can be run on standard as done one with a mate all going to plan so far ready to bolt pistons back in and throw head on
