Are they needed for an MOT. I mean the ones on the clocks eg idicators, main beam, and handbrake.

Got a GSI loom that needs to be stripped down for a striped down track car

Is it worth it for what weight you'd save? Road legal track car but you do have draw the line somewhere.

yes the are all required.
handbrake/brake warning,
indicators ( seperate indicator for hazard if the arrows are combined),
main beam,
fog lamps (indication can be in switch),
air bag (if you got one, if it stays on its a fail),
ABS (if u got one, also if it stays on its a fail)
think thats all of them
